Care Instructions

  • Cake boxes and bags should be held upright without tilting upon receiving.
  • After receiving the cake, refrigerate it immediately.
  • Your order may include non-edible decorations or figurines, cake dowels or cocktail sticks. Please ensure that these are removed before serving the cake.
  • Serve the cake at room temperature and make sure it is not exposed to heat and keep the cake away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.
  • The cake should be consumed within 48 hours.

* Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damages occurred after the delivery so please make sure your order is correct and in perfect condition upon receiving. In the most unlikely event that you find your order is incorrect, incomplete or damaged on delivery, please inform our customer service team immediately on +971507946622 and we will do our best to send a replacement in time.
